To return an item to Cala Jade, please contact our customer service at shop@calajade.com. We will provide you with a return label. It is important to use this label, as we cannot guarantee pickup or processing for shipments sent without it.

NORWAY: 150 NOK
Europe: 30 EUR
Outside Europe: 40 EUR
You can also deliver the bag in our store without paying the return fee. Our address is Bygdøy Allé 7 0257 OSLO, please check our opening hours before visiting us.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different bag, please return your current bag and place a new order.
Norway: 80 NOK for orders below 1500 NOK.
All other countries will get a calculated shipping cost in checkout. We have a max shipping cost of 50 EURO, and it will never exceed this no matter which country you order from. Normally all orders are well below this within Europe.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Typically, orders within Norway are delivered within 1–3 business days, and within the EU in 2–4 business days. International shipments may take longer.
Please note that unexpected delays can occur, and while we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, these are approximate delivery times.
Orders to the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway are shipped DDP – all taxes and duties are included.
For other countries, orders are shipped DAP – local duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. If you’re unsure, please contact our customer service at shop@calajade.com and we will help you.

Please note that Cala Jade does not refund duties or taxes on refused or unclaimed packages.
Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that this may take 1–3 business days to appear in your account.
We ship from several warehouses: two in Norway and one in Denmark. All orders outside Norway will be shipped from our Denmark location, if stock is not available in Denmark we will ship your order from Norway.
Regardless of the warehouse, the rules for taxes and duties remain the same.
Yes, you can pick up your order at our store at Bygdøy Allé 7, 0257 Oslo during opening hours or by appointment. This option is free of charge and available at checkout if the item is in stock.
You will receive a text message notifying you once your order is ready for collection, usually within 24–72 hours of your purchase. Please note that orders cannot be picked up before you receive this confirmation.

We recommend signing up for our waiting list to be notified of when an item will be back in stock. You will find a sign-up option next to the size information listed on the product detail page. We do not re-stock seasonal colors by default, but sometimes a color can come back after a few seasons.
Cala Jade is a Norwegian-registered company headquartered in Oslo. The warehouses are located in Norway and Denmark. The majority of our products are produced in India, followed by Italy and Portugal.
